URBANEX

According to the United Nations Electronic Government Development Index Survey (UNEG-DI), vulnerable groups constitute Women, the Elderly, People With Special Abilities, the Poor, Youth, Refugees or Immigrants. Urbanex is a social media campaign to raise awareness of these vulnerable groups in Malaysia.

UiTMEDUAPPS: INTRODUCTION TO PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

This application is based on the FSPPP course, PAD102: Introduction to Public Administration in which the content are developed by our supervisor, the resource person for the course, Dr Ahmad Faiz bin Yaakob. This app is among the UiTMEDUAPP series of educational apps developed by Aisya Academy, an online educational platform, in helping students comprehensively understand the subjects offered in UiTM. The significance of this app is to help cater the learning process of students by using the current pedagogy trends which is mobile learning. The aim of this app is to provide free, quality and accessible education to anyone at anytime and anywhere.

Literary Appreciation (ELC600)

This course uses a literary genre (a novel or drama) to develop students' understanding and appreciation of literary texts which engage the reader's emotional as well as cognitive faculties while appreciating and using the English Language expressed in the literary texts. This course aims to develop students' awareness of multilevel meaning in text as well as develop their imagination and creativity while understanding the human experience.

Based on the subject ELC600: Literature Appreciation, LITSYNC is developed by Academicians from The Academy of Language Studies in UiTM. The app is for similar copy of the UiTM MOOC version. Resources used are for educational purposes which most are developed by the owners of this app.

Beyond Chalk and Talk: Acquire English via Storyboard

The objective was to help heterogeneous learners of elementary level to improve their reading comprehension skills. The learners were exposed to English short stories via CDR, flash cards and story books condensing both images and scripts.
